We provide for independent IT / Supply Chain & Logistics consultancy services, focusing primarily on analyzing the client's current situation and compare it with their key corporate objectives. Our mission is to help in understanding the “gap” between reality and their corporate objectives, and getting them organized to achieve those goals. Our clients are composed mostly of niche manufacturing companies with multi-faceted product frameworks or large retail organizations, predominantly operating in the Fast Moving Consumable Goods (FMCG) market.
In the early part 2000s, there was a huge demand for IT consultants, which was pretty much linked to Y2K and later, to EURO conversions. Afterwards, the number of IT-related projects significantly decreased across the globe, but that was just the tip of the iceberg. With ERP projects having an average failure rate of 42-43% (with just about 16% completed on schedule considering budget and time), there was a growing need to find experts who were fully independent, and could offer an unbiased appraisal of the situation. We were faced with the challenge to take advantage of this opportunity and make ourselves well-recognized.
Our success was at first based on “word of mouth”, which can launch an accomplished project. However, this was not enough to sustain the management of our business. In 2003, we finally decided to strengthen our internet visibility with an authoritative group of websites:

This strategy succeeded in creating a structure where potential clients were navigated to the right website to place their questions and request for assistance. CWORKx was the force behind this strategy.
Our operations have included CWORKx for the past 5 years. They have become not just a service provider to us, but more of a force-amplifier and a real business partner.
