The most impressive thing about working with Anthony is experiencing his level of patience and calm. The only challenges we have encountered since the site went up are the tenacious Spam filters and the occasional mistakes in typing that the users do. The backend was able to overcome these challenges by encoding a new, temporary password which can also be advised separately from the site.
